Mount Saint Mary Academy has several major fundraisers each year to support the "extras" in the school.  In any given year these might fund technology enhancements, class field trips, guest speakers, new play yard equipment, etc.


Christmas Craft Fair
We invite all crafters who have a diverse selection of high quality crafts to participate in our Christmas Craft Fair.  This year our fair will be on Saturday, November 2, 2013 from 9-3pm

Scholastic Bookfair
In November the school sponsors a Book Fair.  This is done in conjunction with Grandparents Day and Parent conferences. Books are purchased both for the families and as gifts for the various class rooms.  A percentage of the total sales is given to the school. These funds are either used for additions to our library or the resource library.


Fair Share Cash Calendars
A fair share charge of $100  per family for our Holiday Cash Calendars is mandatory and will be collected with tuition and fees.  10   prepaid cash calendars will be given to a child in each family before Thanksgiving.  These calendars may be kept or resold.  Additional calendars may be purchased or sold for $10 each.
The calendars will be sold in the month of Nov/Dec, 2013 and winners will be announced daily during January, 2014.

Annual Auction
Our annual auction is a fun filled evening, featuring complimentary beer, wine, hors d’oeuvres and appetizers, as well as live and silent auctions. School families and local businesses donate unique items and services, fun experiences, and gift cards that are featured in our auction. School families and friends of Mount Saint Mary Academy can help by using their business contacts to solicit items and donations, by attending the auction and inviting friends and relatives to come as well, and by working with the committee, either for the year or just the night of the event.

During the evening we also take donations to fund a specific cause, so those who do not win any packages can still contribute in this way. This year, we will be raising money for 20 new IPads for use in the classrooms.  Past fund-a-cause items have been bulletin boards for the Art department and lockers for the Early Childhood classes. The evening is a great night of fellowship and entertainment, while simultaneously raising funds to enhance the students’ experiences at Mount Saint Mary Academy.
